Autumn / winter retreats

Come and stay with AdventureYogi near Bicester. A family-owned manor house, it is surrounded by countryside with no neighbors all around. Relax at the retreat or explore the local area on foot and enjoy the views.


This October, enjoy a two-night escape to this autumn yoga wellness retreat in Oxfordshire. With lots of space and reduced numbers on this autumn yoga wellness retreat in Oxfordshire, there is ample room to feel like you can relax.

During the retreat, there will be a large yoga space with wall-to-wall patio doors for light and ventilation, opt for indoor yoga or, weather permitting, enjoy yoga in the spacious garden.

Start the day with a silent walk, followed by energizing morning yoga, and then relax! Enjoy evening yoga at a slower pace and delicious organic vegan food.

About the yoga

On this autumn yoga wellness retreat in Oxfordshire, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. The retreat has a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practiced at adapting the class for everyone’s level.

Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin, or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas, and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity, and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation, and relaxation.

Independent of the government guidelines at this time, the AdventureYogi team will be maintaining reduced group size to allow for space in the yoga shala and social distancing.


This autumn yoga wellness retreat in Oxfordshire is suitable for anyone who'd like a weekend away to nourish and energize with wellness, healthy food, and yoga. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages.

On the Bicester wellness yoga retreat, they all begin at 4 p.m. with time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 p.m. Dinner will be served at 8 p.m. The retreat ends at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

All of the retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. The team has always been a vegan / vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and a 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energized all day.

The food is now 100% organic and locally sourced and the team and chefs are working towards reducing plastic and waste as much as possible.

These are AdventureYogi's recommended train times so that they can organize taxi share. If a train is cheaper earlier then book it and you can wait for the taxi share. Booking after means getting your own/sharing another taxi. The retreat is only 4 miles from Oxford Parkway station, so about 10 minutes in a cab.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
