You will undertake a journey to the most important spiritual center of the 1st Century - Angkor Wat, in Cambodia, the largest Hindu temple in the world. It is considered to be the largest religious structure ever built, and one of the most important archaeological and ancestral treasures in the world.
The second destination is Thailand, a Buddhist cradle, with a great Hindu influence, where yoga, paradisiacal beaches, sacred temples, and inner connection are breathed in every corner of each city. Here, you will embark on a journey to the islands of Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, and Koh Tao, discovering the magic in each of them.
This trip is for everyone who wants to take a journey inwards. This trip is for any beginner (without any experience in yoga and meditation) as well as for advanced teachers and practitioners. It is for everyone who wants to start or deepen this practice of the soul. This retreat has a YACEP diploma, which certifies that you have completed 30 hours in yoga and meditation. You can include these hours in your registration with the Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education Hours.
You will meet at Siem Reap Airport, Cambodia. There will be a tour guide SeyhaPal waiting for you to give you a warm welcome to the magic of Angkor. From the airport, you do not go to your private villa to settle down and carry out the welcome ceremony. You will have your first yoga class settling your intentions for this journey.
You will have lunch in a delicious traditional Cambodian buffet accompanied by a beautiful dance and music. During the afternoon, you will visit the Angkor museum and buy tickets to visit the mystical ancient city of Angkor. From there, you will go to your villa to enjoy the pool and prepare for your first day of visit to the temples.
When you wake up, you will have your first meditation session. You will enjoy the silence and connect with your inner being, you will intend your day, you will enjoy a rich breakfast and you will begin your visit to the temples. Today, you will visit what was the first capital of the Khmer empire, Angkor Thom.
You will enter the city through its beautiful ancient doors that will leave you breathless. You will visit the terrace of the elephants and the incredible temple of Bayon that is adorned by 216 faces perfectly sculpted in stone. You will find an ideal place where you will do your yoga practice. Surrounded by virgin jungle and ancient temples, you will undoubtedly live an incomparable experience.
You will have lunch in a typical Cambodian restaurant where you can interact with the locals and delight in their cuisine. From there, you will head back to your villa to enjoy the pool, take a bath, and disconnect with a powerful Yoga Nidra session. At night, you will visit the famous pub street in the center of Siem Reap, you will be able to enjoy a delicious western meal or feast on scorpions and scorpions! It’s up to you.
You will start your day with a meditation session using the Japa Mantra technique and invoking universal peace. You will continue with a Vinyasa yoga session to activate your system. You will have a delicious and nutritious breakfast for breakfast and you will be ready for a new day of adventures.
Today, you will visit without a doubt the most important temple in the entire complex and which has made it known to the entire world. Built as the mausoleum of King Suyavarman II and dedicated to the god Vishnu, Angkor Wat was the most important religious site in the city and in the empire.
Listed as the 8th wonder of the world, there is no doubt that it will leave you speechless. A magical place in every sense (cultural, architectural, religious). You will have a small yoga philosophy session at the gates of one of the most important Hindus temples in the world. You will spend the whole morning exploring the corners of this beautiful place.
You will continue with a delicious Khmer lunch and return to your private villa to enjoy and relax. Today, you will have a restorative Yin yoga session. In the evening, you will go to visit the pub street to enjoy a delicious dinner.
Upon awakening, you will have your daily meditation session followed by a healthy breakfast. During the morning, you will continue your visit to the temples of Phnom Bakheng and Banteay Kdei where you can enjoy nature at its best.
To enjoy your lunch and part of the afternoon, you will be invited to the home of a Cambodian family where they will offer you a succulent lunch and they will be able to see up close and like no other tourist their customs and lifestyle. At the end of the afternoon, you will return to your villa and do a Yoga Nidra session. They will have the night off!
Today, you will start the day with a meditation to align your chakra system and thus restore your energy centers. You will activate yourselves with a Hatha yoga session. You will continue with the healthy breakfast and prepare to leave. The private transport will take you to the craft market where you can find the most incredible works of art made of wood, silver, and bronze.
AKASHA YOGA SCHOOL recommends you to travel light luggage, they are sure that you will do a lot of shopping! After visiting several warehouses and markets, you will have a spectacular buffet lunch. From there, you will move to Angkor to visit the temple of Ta Prohm, famous for being the set of the movie Tomb Raider. Surrounded by beautiful trees, you will perform a Restorative yoga session to connect with your inner guru in the shadow of one of these ancient and majestic teachers. (temples)
Today, you will have the yoga and meditation session in your villa. During the morning, you will visit the Baray Reservoir, a water reservoir with more than eight kilometers in length and that constitutes a marvel of ancient engineering and is the key piece for the success of the Khmer civilization.
You will continue with the visit to the beautiful Thommanon Temple and the wonderful Banteay Srei which was built in honor of the god Shiva. You will continue with a delicious Khmer lunch and continue with the visit to the leather carving workshops. Here you will find some hand-carved natural leather masterpieces that will make you fall in love.
The bus leaves at 8 a.m., get ready for a beautiful journey through the rural Cambodian landscape. You will cross the border at noon and travel on the dazzling Thai roads until we reach the capital Bangkok. The trip from Cambodia to Bangkok lasts approximately eight hours.
Don't worry, the buses are comfortable and you will have time to rest. You will arrive in Bangkok around 5 p.m. and you will prepare to take your flight to Surat Thani at 8 p.m. That night, you will sleep in Surat Thani, which is a coastal city and the starting point towards the paradisiacal islands of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao.
Early morning, you will head towards the Thai coast to take the ferry that will take you to your first paradise island, Koh Samui. The ferry trip will last approximately two hours where you can enjoy the ride, breathe fresh air, or simply rest in the comfortable chairs offered by the ferry.
You will arrive in Koh Samui at approximately 11 a.m. and head to your hotel to settle in and get ready to leave. In the afternoon, you will visit the beautiful Lamai beach, where you can relax and recharge with the beautiful and warm sea of Koh Samui. In the evening, you will attend a Thai buffet where you can delight yourself with seafood and many other Thai dishes that will surprise you.
After the long journey, it is time to return to your Sadhana (spiritual practice). You will start the day with a meditation session followed by a Vinyasa Flow. After a nutritious breakfast, you will go to visit some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: Maenam Bay and Laem Yai.
You will have a Thai lunch by the sea. In the afternoon, you will visit two spectacular temples, The Temple of the Great Buddha and Wat Plai Leam. You can marvel at the beauty of its colors, its art, and its majestic architecture. AKASHA YOGA SCHOOL will hold a meditation session in the main hall of the temple to vibrate as a group in gratitude and love.
After this long day, you will return to your hotel to rest a little and get ready to go out to enjoy a magical night in one of the best Beach Bars in Asia. A beautiful evening accompanied by a fire show and delicious dinner at Coco Tams, one of the most spectacular places on the island.
Early in the morning, you will head to the ferry to take you to the amazing island of Koh Phangan. It will take you one hour to reach the destination. Koh Phangan is known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, its wide yoga community, and its festivals. You will be located in the western part of the island which is the focus of the spiritual community, but if you wish you can attend the Half Moon, Jungle, or Full Moon Party and dance until dawn.
Upon arrival, you will head to the beautiful hotel by the sea to settle in and enjoy a delicious welcome breakfast. You will continue with the yoga asana class to release attachments and limiting beliefs, followed by a meditation with the Japa Mala technique to focus on the present moment with the use of mantras in Sanskrit. You will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the hotel’s spectacular pool and beaches. In the afternoon, you will have a relaxing Yin yoga session accompanied by a tea ceremony and a delicious dinner.
You will have your yoga and meditation session at the seashore, afterwards, you will have breakfast watching the waves and then you will move to the other side of the island to discover the beaches of Chalok Lam. After enjoying this beautiful beach for a while, you will take a small boat that will take you to a remote beach called Haad huat. Here, you will spend the rest of the day. In the afternoon, you will return to the hotel, you will have a Yoga Nidra session to transform the subconscious and a delicious dinner.
You will start the day a little later, you have already walked and known enough so it is time to sleep a little more and really rest. Today, you will have a yoga and Reiki session in the morning and one in the afternoon. The rest of the day is all yours! You can enjoy the beautiful hotel or take a tour of the island. It’s up to you.
Today, you will start the day with your daily yoga and meditation session. Followed by a nutritious breakfast looking out to sea. You will then head to a Thai cooking class. The chef and great friend Sandeep will teach you the most exquisite recipes so that you dazzle your friends and family when you return home.
This class will last between three and four hours. In the afternoon, you will visit the Shrittanu area, where there are many places where you can get crystals, japamalas, incense and comfortable clothes to practice yoga; you will visit one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Phangan. Upon returning to the hotel you can join the yoga, bowls, and crystals practice or enjoy your beautiful room.
You will start with your yoga, philosophy, and meditation session, followed by a delicious breakfast. Today, you will get to know the rest of the island. You will visit Haad Rin, where the legendary Full Moon Party, the world’s largest beach party, takes place monthly! After a delicious lunch on the beach, you will continue to know some beaches adjacent to Haad Rin where you can sunbathe and enjoy this unique place in the world. In the afternoon, you will have a short yoga session and a delicious dinner.
Early in the morning, you will head to take the ferry to Koh Tao (Turtle Island), without a doubt the island with the most beautiful beaches in all of Thailand. During the morning, you will visit Koh Nangyuan where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters surrounded by thousands of fish of all colors! Around 1 p.m., you will go to your hotel to check-in. Get ready to stay in one of the most beautiful places you have ever been to. You will have the rest of the day free to marvel at the view from your room.
You will start the day a little later, it is time to sleep a little more and really rest. Today, you will have a yoga and meditation session: A journey through the chakras. You will study the energy locks: Bandhas and how to activate them. The rest of the day is all yours! You can enjoy the beautiful hotel or take a tour of the island. It’s up to you.
Gratitude is the key to every internal and external journey. You will close the trip with a wonderful ancient ritual honoring your souls for this wonderful meeting. After the ceremony, you will have the free day to carry out any activity, you will have a wonderful dinner in which you will celebrate yoga. Union.
It is time to return. You will travel back to Bangkok so that everyone can take their respective flights. You will be arriving in Bangkok around 5 p.m.

Pablo has spent many years living in China and has traveled extensively in Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, integrating different cultures and philosophies related to yoga, meditation, and philosophy of India. His passion for philosophy has led him to teach workshops in different places in Asia and Europe.
E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor. Lila is also a holistic therapist, Reiki master, nutritionist, speaker, writer, and energetic coach. Lila began her journey through the yoga practice in Colombia where she performed a 2, 200 hours yoga certificación course in Vinyasa yoga. Her third master's degree was in Thailand, with teachers disciples of Osho, B.K.S Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois. Lila has held courses, certifications, and workshops in Colombia, Thailand, Estonia, and Spain.
Angkor Wat is only a 20-minute Tuk Tuk ride away. Surrounded by calm gardens and pools offer an oasis for relaxation. Large rooms offer a deep soaking bathtub as well as a shower room. All rooms look out onto the pool and gardens. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning.
Featuring a private bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. The villa is located in the center of Siem Reap in a quiet residential area. It offers eight bedrooms with private bathroom, swimming pool with sunbed, a pool bar, a garden, and a kitchen. All rooms are equipped with television, mini bar, bathrobes, towels, and linen.
