Natalie Almond is the founder of Anahata Yoga Space and co-founder of The Living Room Coogee. Teaching Alchemic yoga and Hatha yoga with 27 years experience in yoga and its science, she will definitely bring you to a transformative experience. You will understand the works of yoga and utilize it to empower, create change, and heal through the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Natalie's classes are gentle yet strong, working with fluidity, core muscles, asana, pranayama, bandhas, meditation, and visualization, incorporating internal alchemy, traditional Hatha style, and chi kung movements.

Natalie is more than willing to share her wealth and knowledge and experience in a down to earth, easy to understand manner. Not always an easy task when you consider the depth of what she is teaching, which is a complete system that draws from her years of experience in yoga, as well as other systems like chi kung. I began yoga from recommendations from doctors and dentists due to my chronic anxiety, which causes me to hold tension in my jaw and neck. Natalie's unique personality and gentle yoga style suited my needs and I felt that the regular classes were really helping me with my anxiety.
