Louise is a certified Kundalini yoga level one teacher, Ignite Your Spirit therapist and teacher, and breathlightbliss breathwork facilitator. Louise first fell in love with this ancient science and technology of kundalini yoga, almost 20 years. Louise has been able to sense and feel the energy from a young age which led her to study a wide range of subjects relating to holistic health.
