Guests arrive at the Monastery with the intent to rest and rejuvenate themselves in body and spirit. The gastronomy on offer in the restaurant is based on the Latin proverb, "Mens sana in corpore sano," or, "A sound mind in a sound body." This concept supports the rejuvenation process, as the menus are assembled to facilitate relaxation and focus on retreat.
A full buffet breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday. Lunches and dinners feature a range of dishes composed of healthy and delicious local ingredients and recipes of the season. Accommodations can be made for special dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
