Meditation Retreats (2)
It is in Thailand that Master Asita discovered meditation with Master Suwat, who opened his eyes to the benefits of meditation. For many years, he followed his teaching by practicing intensively everyday and reached his personal quest. A retreat in India to the lands of his roots in Bodhgaya, a Mahabodhi temple where Buddha found enlightenment, confirmed and reinforced his choice to transmit this knowledge. His experience and knowledge are shaped by practice. Master Asita chose to live in Siem Reap in Cambodia to teach meditation in English, French, and Vietnamese.
