5 Day Individual Therapeutic Spiritual Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Spain

This is not a yoga retreat! It is an Ancestral Transcendental Healing Retreat.

The program could be described as a personal, dynamic and profound retreat. A coach will help you to cross your boundaries in a gentle, pleasing way, discovering the inner world of peace and serenity you carry within your essence; by taking care of your body with very soft techniques of healing yoga, meditation, chi kung, tai chi, and mindful walk.

Together with your coach, you will cross the barrier of your thoughts to connect with the universe through deep feeling. No prior preparation is required, because the techniques used are so easy that anyone, regardless of their age, gender, and physical condition, can fulfill them.

The participant will only have nature and the universe as external references to get away from every mundane distraction in order to connect with their essence to leave worries, fears, and sicknesses behind. Alain only has the honor to be the link and support between the human and the “divine”, to convey universal and transcendental techniques.

Objective

• Learning about the possible risks of the erroneous practice of meditation

Participation commitments

Your coach commits to transmit spiritual knowledge in a sincere and honest way. You will commit to involving yourselves with complete sincerity during the activities of the program so that it has higher efficiency. Your coach will be available 24 hours a day during the program, offering total spiritual support to you. You will commit to informing your coach if you’re taking any medical treatment whether it is occasional or usual because the treatment could affect the enjoyment of the program.

Pets are not allowed because of the center is in a "wild" area, and you are expected to not disturb wild beings living by, such as foxes, deer, boars, partridges, and much more. Pets could get scared because of the smell of the local beings. No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed. It is recommended not to smoke, or to smoke only during free times.

The use of phones or other electronic devices will be restricted to fixed hours. For programs lasting more than five days, there will be a possibility of days of free will. An emergency call system will be established without disrupting the program’s dynamics. In AtelTrainer nothing is prohibited, there are only recommendations appealing to common sense.

Important information

The Future AtelTrainer Center of Transcendental Humanistic, Holistic and Secular Training of Hortunas, being in process of obtaining the CID-DIC “Community Interest Declaration”, the activities will be carried out following the economic activity of Alain Tello Robledo, schools and services of sports improvement, offering services at home and outdoors worldwide. The coaching activity is covered by liability insurance. The price paid is to cover the coaching fees. Accommodation and meals are offered to guests.

The retreat will take place at the AtelTrainer Center.

• A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
