The only one of its kind program, that combines powerful Breath Yoga practice along with Vipassana Meditation as taught by Buddha - this program will introduce you to concepts of breathing correctly and then advancing into Pranayama or Breath Yoga that may help to not only calm the mind down, but also remove stress and diseases from the body as well as reversing the aging process of mind and body. This will be followed by a powerful practice and understanding of Buddhist meditation under the guidance of Master Vidhi who has been practicing this meditation for 25 years and teaching it for more than 13 years. Rare are the people and master who can actually teach Meditation. Meditation is not a subject that can be taught by every Yoga teacher, since it encompasses an ocean called the mind, which is quite as vast and unpredictable in its dimensions and depth. How the course works

There will 90-minute live session from Monday to Sunday. The course will take place every 1st and 3rd week of the month up until August 2020.

Timing of sessions (GMT+5:30)

The class will start from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (GMT+5:30) in order to suit participants from Europe and America. However, if there are a group of people, they can also seek a custom time subject to availability.

Course information

Everyday, you will cover pranayama practice and Buddhist meditation. There will also be a Q&A session.

This course is held online. Awaken Inner Buddha Yoga is based in New Delhi, India (GMT+5:30). They will conduct their live online classes via Skype which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
