During this retreat, you will be staying at any homestay or guest house accommodation, spreading across the Sesandan Megati Village. Balitrees Retreats offers an authentic taste of Bali, nestled in the quiet traditional village and the main retreats area are surrounded by the rice paddy farmlands of Sesandan village. It is located approximately 45 minutes west of Tabanan city, one hour northwest of Tanah Lot.
Balitrees Retreats has several different locations of homestay or guest house accommodation, spreading across Sesandan Megati village. It takes about five to 15 minutes drive from each location of accommodation to reach the yoga area and dining area.
Balitrees Retreats will provide transport to connect each location of homestay or guest house accommodation to the yoga area and dining area.
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Balitrees Retreats. Registration with Balitrees Retreats meets identified standard set by the organization.
Balitrees Retreats open the access to one of the oldest spiritual ashrams in the world (Pasraman Seruling Dewata) which still conserves the original 13 types of yoga as how they have created thousands of years ago in the Himalayas, as well as the access to learning traditional Balinese meditation.

You will have daily morning Balinese yoga training, daily morning and afternoon meditation practices, daily afternoon Balinese yoga training, relaxing afternoons to enjoy the environment and free time to explore the traditional Balinese village of Sesandan.

I Gede Arya started to learn Balinese traditional yoga and healing meditation by the age of 17 in 1993. He is a disciple of the ninth generation of Perguruan Seruling Dewata in Bali. He specialises in the Watukaru yoga tradition (Balinese traditional yoga) of Perguruan Seruling Dewata, Balinese traditional meditation, and snake style of martial arts (silat). He is committed to conserving the ancient Balinese Yoga tradition, meditation, and silat by founding the Balitrees Retreats.
Krishna is a traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga and meditation teacher. She's been studying and teaching Balinese Yoga, meditation, pranayama and charka opening for the past ten years. Her hands-on approach, passion for teaching and loving smiles are mind-blowing and will certainly help you deepen your Yoga and meditation practice. Balitrees Retreats is located at Megati, Sesandan, Bali, Indonesia. It is located in the original spiritual village, close to Mount Batukaru in the middle part of Bali island. About 45 minutes from Tabanan city, one hour from Tanah Lot Temple, and two and a half hours from the airport.
During the retreat, you will be served three times daily meals on your preference, regular, vegetarian, or vegan meals. Most of them based in Balinese and Indonesian culinary. Tea, coffee, water, will also be available. You will also participate in a Balinese cooking class.
One time modern massage or traditional massage is included in the package.
