This retreat is based on the Mindful and Heartful yoga practices as a way of life.
Mindful and Heartful yoga are practices that facilitate a change of direction and habits of life, reorienting us back to the essential, developing a strong, stable and balanced mind, strengthening your self-esteem, your immune system, your body and health in general, reconnecting again with your most essential and intimate self. If you want to make yoga and meditation your way of life, understanding yoga and meditation as the search for balance in everything you do and feel, this is the retreat you need.
This is a safe retreat about covid19, all activities are performed on a permanently ventilated outdoor terrace, protected from wind, sun and rain.
This retreat is not a simple vacation spot or a hotel to spend a few exciting days doing yoga and tourism. This retreat is based on the practice of yoga and meditation as a balanced and healthy way of life, not as an isolated practice done several times a week or a month, but as an integral and balanced way of relating to the environment. We are very flexible so you can adapt the practices to your real needs, giving it the depth and intensity you really need.
We develop this attitude with the daily practice of asanas, meditation, pranayamas, with the chanting of mantras and above all with the implementation of this attitude of being present in daily life, where it is really more necessary with simple but effective instructions to develop the art of being present.
We offer the suitable tools through yoga, meditation and healthy and conscious eating so that you can continue at home, in your daily life and develop in the way that feels best for you. This is the desire that moves and touches us, that when you return home you continue to dedicate a space of time, even if it is small, but quality time every day and be able to have the tools to be with you, to accompany you in the way that you feel best for you.

We live here, this is our home where we practice and live every day. We open it to people like you who want to come and spend a few days to be and relate to each other and the environment in a different way. We don't have specific start or end dates, you can come at the best time for you. We like small groups and the most personalized attention possible, we don't need any minimum number of participants, so we don't cancel any retreat because there are not enough people attending.
This retreat is suitable both for beginners and for those who are just starting to get in touch with meditation and yoga for the first time, as well as for those who want to deepen their knowledge and practice of both if their practice is more advanced.
This retreat can show you the healthy benefits of living a yogi life, a life from your own centre in the here and now, even in the everyday, especially the everyday.
You can add or subtract practices depending on the depth of practice you need at this point in your life. At Be Mindful Yoga we help you to adapt the practice of meditation and yoga to your physical condition and needs.
Please be aware the mentioned check-in and check-out times can be modified to your preference.
On check-out day, the room should be left at 11:00 a.m. but you’re free to stay until the afternoon class if you wish (dinner not included).

In this retreat, you can choose from a private room, a shared room or a private double if you're coming with a friend or partner.
There are 7 rooms, all of which can be booked as double or single.
Experience tells us that time to get an experience remarkable changes in your mental, emotional, and physical state that encourage you to continue with the practice back to your daily life, is more than a week. That is why this retreat is designed like this:
*All the activities are voluntary, you decide the intensity and depth of your retreat. Free healthy snacks, fresh fruits and teas during the day. The optional light dinner will be ready but self service.
The retreat is bilingual it can be instructed in both English and Spanish
Yoga appears in my life without warning in 2009. I come from an emotionally convulsive past, with different addictions such as food, coffee, chocolate, tobacco and other habits that are very harmful to my health and balance. Thanks to Yoga, Mindfulness and healthy eating I get gradually but progressively to be able to turn around all those vital circumstances. My yoga training was lived for 9 months as a volunteer in the Sirius Association of Caudiel (Castellón), it arose in me the desire to share this way of life with others based on my own lived experience.
The price of this retreat includes 3 daily flexi-vegan meals, fresh eggs from our hens (seasonally available), fresh fruits and, teas during the day. Raw and vegan food is available upon request.
A deep tissue massage is available on site for an extra cost.
