Una Viggiani

Nosara Yoga Institute World Yoga Alliance (Yoga)

Una Viggiani is an artist, yogini, world traveler, and inspired instigator. She earned a degree in fine art from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her master degree in education at the University of Denver, but ultimately learned the most by traveling the world on a solo journey that lasted two years and took her to 22 countries. While in Costa Rica, she discovered the Nosara Yoga Institute, which allowed her to become certified with Yoga Alliance, as well as find her new calling as a yoga teacher.

Shigeko Leveque

Shigeko is a nutritionist, martial artist, and yogini, who was born and raised in Japan. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years and her teaching has continually evolved. Her dream and passion is to approach wellness and well-being in each individual through yoga. She welcomes everyone with an open heart and will guide you to understand how yoga can help you and your well-being.

Asiana Harper

Asiana (Kirstin Harper) has always felt a strong connection to the natural elements and how they interact in body on earth. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado with wilderness as her backyard, Asiana had constant access to exploring her environment. She recalls climbing trees, sitting in caves, adventuring with the animals, and in the forest. All of this engaged her curiosity, and encouraged quietude, as well as agility of her mind and body.

Christine Miller

After managing wellness programs in the corporate healthcare industry, Christine transitioned to teach yoga full time so she could study, practice, and promote the most vital relationship of life, mind and body. Christine is an avid student of all things movement, including yoga, writing, and breath. Her classes combine safe alignment, informed by Anusara and SriDaiva studies, creative sequencing and reflective thought.

Mary Susan Stults

Mary Susan has been practicing yoga for 17 years. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, you can often find this nature lover hiking or biking on a trail, paddling, surfing, or practicing yoga on the water, camping in the mountains or desert, or exploring her yoga practice outdoors! Mary Susan has taught Yoga for all-ages, family, adaptive, teens, tweens, kids, and tots since early 2011, and is a certified 1000+HR RYT Yoga & Meditation teacher, a WPA/Paddle Into Fitness Certified Stan Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and SUP Yoga teacher, certified Kids Yoga teacher, certified Adaptive Yoga teacher.

Shawn Rodine

Shawn's love and longing to be around water started at a very young age. His passion for water has taken him many places as a river guide, kayaker, fly fisher, triathlete, and scuba diver. He discovered SUP ten years ago and fell in love instantly as it is the perfect way to discover new bodies of water, get a total body workout, and become grounded while finding peace and balance. Most importantly, SUP allows you to capture that aloha spirit even when the ocean is far from sight. In 2012, Shawn’s passion for SUP and building community led him to found and establish Rocky Mountain Paddleboard.

It was just a great experience. I came with an open mind and the theme / content of the week opened up doors I didn’t know would have been opened otherwise.

The name of the retreat as spot on. I would have never realized what my “hang ups” were without this curriculum. So many “aha" moments while writing things down on paper and then getting the chance to meditate and incorporate them. Wonderful!

      Bella Retreats website

Wendy Pabich is one of the rare speakers who is both scientist and artist. The artist side gives her the ability to connect with audiences of all knowledge levels without sacrificing scientific rigor. She is a wonderful speaker and can make water issues come alive.
