Driven by her passion for yoga and meditation, Jessica decided to give up work in the corporate world and head to the Himalayas in order to focus on developing her yoga and meditation practice. Jessica's teaching style is built on a solid understanding of yoga's transformative potential. She has a firm grasp of the physical aspects of yoga, as well as the more subtle yet powerful mental and emotional aspects of the practice. Through Hatha and Restorative yoga, sound baths, and meditation, Jessica guides her students into a space of restoration, expansion, and healing.
Fully qualified in nutrition and naturopathic medicine, Olivier is a functional food chef with 25 years experience. He has been a private chef for British and Middle Eastern royalty, A-list celebrities, and other well known public figures. Olivier has a passion for good food, playing with flavors and textures and using wholesome locally sourced ingredients. He promises to make each meal a meal to remember.
Tess is a fully qualified nutritional therapist, a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Karin completed her Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Mercedes Ngoh. Karin’s style of Vinyasa yoga integrates intelligent sequencing, yoga philosophy, and invigorating breath work to create a deeply transformative yoga experience. Her classes are challenging and yet respectful of a person’s level of experience and ability.
