The property is surrounded by a huge amount of land - including forest, fruit trees alleys, garden, viewpoint terraces. The swimming pool is located on top of the hill. The environment is quiet, splendid and peaceful. Quinta is surrounded by endless mountains, forests and valleys.

There is one private room with double bed and four twin rooms, three bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, dinning space indoors and outdoors, a few terraces with tables for co-working and barbecue. There is a good quality Wi-Fi in every room and common spaces. The connection also reaches the terraces outside.

Program

Mornings start with guided yoga and meditation sessions to kick off the day. After breakfast, on some days, there are inspiration / group sessions (mind empowerment, body empowerment) but most of the time mornings are for focused work.

Lunch will be always prepared by the team after which it's time and space to get more work done or discuss ideas. Evening sessions are for you to unwind, build group connection and to work on personal / business development. Sessions include: masterminds, deep connection, sharing circles, movie nights, ecstatic dance, etc.

Day 1

Let’s form a circle. Make yourself comfortable. Open up to deep listening and share your story. Let's get to know yourselves better on a personal level.

Day 2

One hour diving deep into tools that you use for personal development. Session includes introduction to meditation - benefits, obstacles, and personal experiences.

Option to go for a hike, take a stroll to Castelo de Paiva, explore the forest and neighborhood or kayaking.

  • 18:00 - 19:00 Connection session

Exercises such as eye gazing with the aim of deepening the connection within the group that opens up to the whole experience. Session is also part of mindset training as we first dig deeper into where emotions surface and how unconditional love influences your lives.

One hour session dedicated to hidden knowledge in your body, your levels of vitality and energy, and how everything is connected with your emotions, thoughts, and spirituality. Session includes introduction to conscious dancing and yoga, as well as to embodiment as a lifestyle concept.

Location

Borderless Retreat is creating another edition in the beautiful Quinta located i the slopes of the Douro Valley - the wine-growing estate in the North of Portugal, one-hour drive from Porto. The property is surrounded by nature. There is a large garden with fruit trees, a swimming pool overlooking the breathtaking landscape and access to the forest. You can catch stunning views from every corner of the Quinta's land. We are also very near by the hiking trails and kayaking spots.

Food

Borderless Retreat carefully prepared a nourishing menu for the whole retreat beforehand. There are three meals a day included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals will be served buffet-style.

A typical breakfast includes fresh local fruits, greek yogurt, granola, honey, eggs and bread. Lunch will be mostly served in a bowl - different types of groats, salads, cooked and raw vegetables, hummus.

For dinner expect curries, vegetarian stews, baked vegetables, pasta, rice. There will be unlimited strong coffee, herbal tea, and spring water available.

Before you arrive you will fill out a dietary restrictions sheet so that Borderless Retreat can accommodate food allergies and intolerances such as gluten-free and vegan diets.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO). Transfer from and to the airport is not included in the price. The cost of a taxi is around 40 to 50 EUR, there is an option to take a bus from Porto city - the cost is 5 EUR. Borderless Retreat can also provide you a contact to the transfer service company to arrange the best conditions possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
