This is a unique retreat experience, combining the practice of yoga, meditation and meditative trekking. Immersing deeply in the wilderness of heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees. This yoga retreat includes 2-day trekking excursion through the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido. You will be served meals made with love at their vegetarian restaurant. Join this amazing experience and head back home full of energy and vitality!
You will stay in a shared dormitory (maximum of 6 people). There is also an option of staying in double rooms or single rooms in a home stay in the village of Vi or Buerba for an additional fee, participating in all the activities and meals.
The first 3 days will prepare you physically and mentally, in Cuadrau Cuadrau and surroundings, through yoga classes (Hatha yoga and Vinyasa), meditation sessions, meditative walks and satsangs to share your learnings experiences.
On Friday, you will go on an exciting meditative trekking for 2 days in the mountains, allowing you to discover their secrets and treasures, through your own experience and with beautiful explanations of Alberto Marin, a professional guide of interpretation of nature, specialized in the massif of Monte Perdido Mount.
On Sunday, you will rest and relax through Restorative yoga sessions, massage, guided relaxations, etc, getting ready to go back home full of energy and vitality.
Daily meditative walks. You will have a 2-day trekking trip, a perfect opportunity to enjoy the wonders of the Ordesa National Park or surrounding areas. Swim in the river, meditate, relax, contemplate and immerse in nature.
Skillfulness in action. Let yoga support you in all you do. At Casa Cuadrau, you are invited to practice karma yoga by helping in simple tasks in the house like cooking, cleaning or gardening for 1 hour a day in a mindful, bodily, sensual and integrated way.
Satsang is a gathering time. It starts with a time for discussion and inquiry, questions and answers based on the direct experience of all participants, followed by meditative singing to give some rest to the mind. It finishes with a silent meditation.
Casa Cuadrau is situated in the picturesque village of Vio, just outside the Ordesa National Park and Monte Perdido in the Spanish Pyrenees. The splendid view of Monte Perdido, Aisclo Canyon (Can de Aisclo) and Sestrales to the north, Pea Montaesa to the east and the San Pietro Mountains to the south make this location one of the most beautiful in the Pyrenees.

Thai massage (applied yoga therapy) and Ayurvedic massage are available as an additional treatment to relax, release physical and emotional tensions and improve the flexibility.
Up to now, for international travelers, the best combination is to fly to Barcelona, take a bus ride and follow the instructions from there.
Take a bus from Barcelona Sants Station to Barbastro. Then from Barbastro take another bus to Ainsa, where you will be picked up by taxi (40 EUR) or by shuttle service (12 EUR, Mondays only).
