Qi Palawan Resort is set exclusively amidst a virgin forest and a pristine white-sand stretch. The elegantly designed and pampering resort will ensure your perfect retreat experience. Located in the north-east part of Palawan Island, where turquoise waters are fringed by white sand beaches and nearby local fishing communities and away from the crowds, it is a truly unique place to experience the authentic Palawan.
Your cottage is complete with spacious interiors, modern amenities, and en-suite bathroom. The large, inviting bed is fronted by a floor-to-ceiling picture window that gives you a panoramic view of the sea and coconut trees. The bathroom has a separate walk-in jungle shower and provides an open to nature bathing experience. Complementing the beautiful cottage is a large balcony, where you can read, soak in nature, and spot birds among the dense green foliage.
During this yoga retreat, different surprises are offered each day. You will be able to arrive at the resort from 12:00 to 14:00. Your holiday will start with an opening sacred circle at 15:00 and a welcome dinner.
The next day, you will wake up to the sound of chirping birds in the tropical garden and the sound of ocean waves. You can begin your relaxed day with a walk on the beach, journaling, or a refreshing swim. Later, you will gently wake up your body with a blissful guided yoga class in the yoga pavilion overlooking the sea and mountains, connecting to your breath with pranayama exercises, and ending with a smiling meditation. After grounding and balancing, you will relish the delicious flavors of a delicious breakfast.
An island hopping tour will bring out the explorer in you, leaving one morning to submerge into the enchanting fluid world with a spectacular scuba diving trip.
After enjoying a nourishing lunch, your afternoon will unfold into quiet time. You will be free to relax, pamper yourself with a body treatment, swim in the sea, read a book, snorkel, or just be.
At 16:00, you will meet again for a customized relaxation session or to a nourishing Restorative yoga practice. The practice will end just in time to catch the sunset. Sunsets are blissed with a guided sacred walk on the beach appreciating the simple things in life. A five-rhythm guided dance will follow, bringing you back to yourself and to your body sensations.
In the evening, an exquisite dinner inspired by Mediterranean-Philippino cuisine will be served. This perfect day will melt softly while you lay gently on a couch, share smiles and laughter with friends, or enjoy the fragrant aroma of your warm drink while gazing at the stars.
On your last day, you will have breakfast and a closing sacred circle at 10:00. Departure time will be at 11:00.

Palawan Island, known as one of the best islands in the world, is full of unspoiled rainforests and the world’s longest underground river. This is where sky and sea blend, crystalline lagoons caress white sand, and soul touches grace.
This island is home to many rare fauna species and diverse ecosystems, including rain-forests, mangroves, coral reefs, white-sand beaches, and limestone cliffs. Palawan is known for its wildlife preservation and protection and has been declared a nature sanctuary of the world.
Three delicious and healthy meals sourced with fresh, local produce will be served per day during this retreat. There will also be full meals during island excursions and diving trips. Special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, can be accommodated. You will also be served complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, and snacks during the day.
Travelers seeking adventure can visit islands, such as famous Corong, on Palawan island. You can also visit Nacpan Beach or las Cabanas Beach. The island offers mangrove tours and waterfall tours as well.
It is worth spending a day in Puerto Princesa to see the various attractions, such as Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. You can also enjoy your free time at the resort relaxing, pampering yourself with a body treatment, swimming in the sea, reading a book, or snorkeling.
Two body treatments are included on this retreat, as well as one biodynamic craniosacral therapy session. You can book additional services in the spa on your own expense.
If you are driving from Puerto Princesa by van, transport to the resort is included once you are in town.
For international travel, arriving a day earlier to Palawan Island will allow you to adjust to the time difference and culture, while also allowing you to rejuvenate from the long fight. Feel free to contact Come Back to Yourself Retreats for recommendations of some great places to stay.
The easiest option is to fly into El Nido Airport (ENI) flights are available from Manila (MNL), Cebu (CEB). You can also choose to fly to Puerto Princesa (PPS) and from there take a 6 hour minivan to El Nido. Van to El Nido can be booked from Puerto Princesa airport, any hotel or travel agent in town. Transfers between El Nido town and the Resort are included on first and last day of retreat.
