Program

Though you will try to stick to this agenda, you will not be on a forced timeline (except for flights, arrivals, and departures!).

Day 1

  • 15:00 If you're coming by plane: Pick up at McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) - flight must arrive before 2:30 p.m.
  • 16:00 Arrive at Seven Springs Retreat Center
  • 16:00 If you're coming by car: Arrive at Seven Springs Retreat Center (there will be plenty of parking available)
  • 17:30 Welcome circle
  • 19:00 Dinner
  • 20:30 Opening fire ceremony
  • 21:00 Meditation (Yoga Nidra)

Day 2

  • 08:00 Forest bathing (mindful, meditative hike)
  • 09:00 Breakfast
  • 10:00 Yin workshop part 1
  • 13:00 Lunch
  • 14:00 Free time to hike the grounds
  • 15:30 Yin flow
  • 17:00 Free time before dinner
  • 19:00 Dinner
  • 20:30 Bonfire

Location

The Seven Springs Retreat Center is 126 acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Having been passed down through multiple generations, this land has been mindfully and lovingly groomed to be a place of refuge and restoration.

Food

During this retreat, you will be served daily vegan meals.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Cour Yoga will pick you up from the airport. Parking is available for those arriving by car. Details directions will be provided a few weeks before the trip in the retreat-prep email.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
