This is a residential retreat on Osho meditations. You will have seven sessions on meditation every day; in total, 10 hours of just meditation. This retreat is designed to dive deeper into meditation to experience the no mind within a short period of time, for that, intensity is required. The idea is to conserve the energy for more awareness and directing the energies to the higher possibilities of human potential.
Devarya Wellness offers you an escape from the mundane. Their luxurious accommodation set in and around their tropical lush gardens is located just a minute walk from the Morjim Beach, also known as Turtle Beach, and is specially designed to give you the retreat break that you deserve. Their rooms across the property, which spans 7000 square meters, seamlessly blend the elements of a Goan Portuguese heritage with the aesthetics of Rajasthani royalty.
Each room is vibrant, airy, and filled with natural light and good energy. Tastefully furnished with earthy decor that has been handpicked to reflect the elements of nature. Their accommodation offers you the beauty of traditional design combined with all the contemporary comforts of a luxury property.
All rooms have been decorated with chakra energy in mind, including color and design. All rooms come equipped with a private bathroom, most with a private balcony, comfortable beds, spacious cupboards, fresh linen, a ceiling fan, an air conditioner, and a mosquito net on request.
You would have a strict schedule on this retreat. There would be silence outside the meditation halls and digital detox throughout the retreat for seven days. There would be fasting of the senses, like earplugs for ears and eye masks for eyes. You would have three vegetarian meals every day that would include primarily, fruits, veggies, juices, and soups.
There will be sessions on Osho meditations, mindfulness techniques for daily life, Zen methods, breathwork, and Sufi techniques.
Timings: 6 a.m. - 10:30 p.m., except on the arrival day and the departure day. The retreat starts at 6:30 p.m. on the arrival day with the evening session and ends on the last day before lunch.
This retreat is designed for all levels of people, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced level. The most basic requirement for this retreat would be openness to try something new, desire to learn meditation, and a deep commitment to putting the efforts in one direction.
This would be an intensive retreat and only if you are ready for a transformational process and to bring the shift in your life, then this could be your opportunity. This would be an opportunity to explore the inner spaces of your being. You would have a strict schedule for seven days in order to conserve the energy and show it a direction, through which the doors of the inner can be open. Your effort will be to nail one thing and one thing only, that is “meditation”.
Agyat’s life was transformed in 2013 when he discovered the teachings of Osho. After leading a busy chaotic life and a stressful career, Agyat moved into Osho’s commune in Pune where he practiced the daily art of meditation for two years and practiced meditation daily. His personal transformation during this time was so profound that he chose to dedicate his life to the teachings and practices of Osho, becoming a disciple and sharing the path with others. Agyat transitioned into the Himalayas to another Osho commune where he met some of the best Osho therapists.
