13 Days Authentic Buddhist Meditation Pilgrimage to Sri Lanka

Forest Rock Garden Resort, No 341, Andarawewa, Trincomalee Road, Sinharagama, Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka Pilgrimage Yoga Retreat

Since the time of the Buddha, pilgrims have traveled to sacred sites not only to connect with external places imbued with meaning but also to encounter their own wisdom and compassion within. You have the remarkably good fortune on this pilgrimage to Sri Lanka, to experience a thousand-year-old tradition of spiritual practice at the athmasthana, making prayers and offerings, receiving teachings, and practicing meditations along an ancient series of sacred places visited by the Buddha himself. In a world that offers people so many distractions that many have lost our way, on this journey, we will reconnect with a true source of inner refuge and find our home once again.
