"Johnson teaches Anya’s signature class, which is part meditation, alignment, Kinesiology, core and enough Vinyasa flow to remind me it is yoga. Johnson is a fierce teacher with a Zen presence and the class itself brings a keen awareness to your movement."

"I just had a 2 hour session of Thai Yoga Massage yesterday with Johnson. His gentle soul provided a healing environment, and I felt safe in his hands. His touch was precise, and his manoeuvres were deliberate and purposeful. Johnson's integrated approach gives the individual customised therapy according to their needs. He also provided timely feedback on his observations after the massage session with regards to physical posture, psychological manifestations as well as energetic interpretations. His kind and genuine personality has touched me, and I feel that he sincerely wants to help. Thank you for being an inspiration, Johnson. I am happy to have cross paths with you! :-D"

"Being a typical guy that loves sport but hates stretching, i have got to the point where yoga/Pilates is now a necessity unless I want to end up with back problems later in life. I have often found myself going to the odd yoga class, trying to hold a static pose and feeling the "delightful" pain in parts of the body which apparently shouldn't be feeling it, and ultimately I don't really feel the benefits. One session with Johnson though, doing "dynamic stretching" and the feeling is completely different. It really focuses on the intended muscles (hamstrings in my case) and not only did he set everything up to facilitate a great one hour lesson, he also gave me really simple things I can do throughout the week when sat in the office or watching tv at home. This is great for me as, like most people, I don't often have a full hour that I can dedicate to stretching. Fully recommended and great guy!"

"Johnson is a very spiritual healer. His touch is very connected to the body during treatment. He is a very intuitive in his work, always (and somehow) manages to find the main restriction or tension in the body. And to add on to that, his treatments always leave me wanting more! His friendly and warm personality makes him a delight and joy to look forward to in every meeting. I recommend that you arrange a treatment session with him."

"Do not miss an opportunity to experience Johnson. He is a highly skilled and knowledgeable yoga teacher and energy healer. I have been one of Johnson's yoga students and undergone extensive energy healing sessions for several years. I have also attended many of Johnsons workshops and retreats in the United States and abroad. I recommend him with all my heart. Johnson's presence is ethereal. He also has a divine ability to download everything there is to know about your body and use this information to teach and treat you. I traveled to India during 110 degree temperatures and monsoons just so I could receive the healing and transformational benefits of Johnson's skills. Be prepared to work hard. Johnson does not mess around and your life will change. You will also have a great time. Hanging out with Johnson is so much fun!"

"When I had my first Thai bodywork session with Johnson, I felt the difference in my body and mind. Johnson treated me with compassion and care. His love for his practice shows through his gentleness and respect for your aches and pain. I highly recommend Johnson to anyone who has never experienced a Thai massage."

"I had always wanted to try yoga and at the same time I felt like I was in need of massage to loosen and stretch my body. I could never get out to a class so I wanted someone that could come to me and work with my schedule. Johnson combines the best of both into our now regular sessions which i look forward to every week. It really does great things for the mind and body and it makes a difference I can actually feel. I really recommend it!"
