Johnson Chong

Johnson is the founder of Sagehouse in Singapore, and creator of Exodus Retreats. He the Premier Leader on Eliminating Stress for Working Professionals in Asia. Born and raised in New York, he has synthesized his eastern upbringing with modern western sensibilities. He has trained over 10,000 hours of private clients in yoga, pilates, and meditation over the past 10 years. He also is a Conscious Leadership Coach, a shaman, Master Reiki Healer and bodyworker.

Geeta Vara

Geeta is an author and has a BSc and PG Dip in Ayurvedic Medicine from Middlesex University. Inspired by her Indian roots, British-born Practitioner Geeta Vara brings the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to her clinic and workshops in London and online. Using a holistic approach in her health consultations, Geeta helps resolve a host of unhealthy gut related health conditions through herbs, diet, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, therapeutic treatments, yoga, breathing, and meditation. Her mission is to promote conscious living and empower her clients to be the healthiest version of themselves.

I just had a 2 hour session of Thai Yoga Massage yesterday with Johnson. His gentle soul provided a healing environment, and I felt safe in his hands. His touch was precise, and his manoeuvres were deliberate and purposeful. Johnson's integrated approach gives the individual customised therapy according to their needs. He also provided timely feedback on his observations after the massage session with regards to physical posture, psychological manifestations as well as energetic interpretations. Being a typical guy that loves sport but hates stretching, i have got to the point where yoga/Pilates is now a necessity unless I want to end up with back problems later in life. I have often found myself going to the odd yoga class, trying to hold a static pose and feeling the "delightful" pain in parts of the body which apparently shouldn't be feeling it, and ultimately I don't really feel the benefits. One session with Johnson though, doing "dynamic stretching" and the feeling is completely different. It really focuses on the intended muscles (hamstrings in my case) and not only did he set everything up to facilitate a great one hour lesson, he also gave me really simple things I can do throughout the week when sat in the office or watching tv at home. This is great for me as, like most people, I don't often have a full hour that I can dedicate to stretching. Fully recommended and great guy!
