Day 1 - Thursday, September 19, 2019 (arrival day)

  • 14:30 - 16:00 Introductions, mindfulness and self-care intention setting, introductions, and flow of the weekend
  • 17:30 Introduce self-care spa (sign-up for facials, massage, dietary, energy healing, foot zoning)
  • 18:00 Dinner Patrice/Candy (mindful eating presentation by Chrissa)
  • 19:00 - 21:00 Self-care spa (sign up for: massage/aroma touch/dietary consult/mindfulness consult)
  • 21:00 - 22:30 Moon salutation, breathing-yoga

  • 12:00 Check out and lunch (sack lunch)
  • 12-3pm Forest bathing experience (James the Arborist)

  • Then 0.34 miles, take the ramp toward I-80 E/Provo/City Center/Ogden.
  • Then 0.71 miles, merge onto I-80 E via the ramp on the left toward City Center/Provo.
  • Then 0.96 miles, merge onto I-215 N via EXIT 117 toward Ogden.
  • Then 7.39 miles, I-215 N becomes I-15 N.
  • Then 35.38 miles, take the UT-134/2700 North exit, EXIT 349.
  • Then 0.26 miles, keep right to take the ramp toward North Ogden/Pleasant View/Harrisville.
  • Then 0.04 miles, merge onto W 2700 N.
  • Then 2.52 miles, W 2700 N becomes E 2600 N.
  • Then 1.52 miles, Turn left onto N 1050 E.
  • N 1050 E is 0.1 miles past N 950 E (if you reach N 1125 E you've gone about 0.1 miles too far)
  • Then 0.75 miles, turn right onto E 3100 N (if you reach E 3200 N you've gone about 0.1 miles too far)
  • Then 0.46 miles, E 3100 N becomes N Ogden Canyon Rd.
  • Then 4.77 miles, N Ogden Canyon Rd becomes E 4100 N.
  • Then 0.50 miles, turn left onto N 3300 E/UT-162.
  • Continue to follow UT-162 (if you reach N 3500 E you've gone about 0.2 miles too far)
  • Then 1.45 miles, turn slight left onto N Fork Rd.
  • N Fork Rd is 0.1 miles past Shaw Dr
  • Then 1.09 miles, turn left onto E 5950 N.
  • E 5950 N is just past E 5900 N (if you reach E 6375 N you've gone about 0.7 miles too far)
  • Then 0.71 miles, 2059 E 5950 N is on the left.
