How the course works

The retreat will be held online via Zoom (video conferencing platform) which allows you to participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.

Tools required

A notebook and pen that you like are required for all sessions. To join the classes, an internet connection and computer or mobile phone are required. Make sure to download the Zoom app to your computer or mobile phone in advance.

Course information

Mindful Living - the 5 Elements principle is a foundation training for connecting your inner forces and learning their use in your daily life. Calming your wind and realize your life path, burning and transforming your ways and reach your goals, contain your life motion, your emotion, let the water cleanse, strengthen, stabilize, and design your unique way of living. The balance between the element brings restfulness and good health.

The training is practical and transformative and gives methods to train your inner forces, and bring balance and clearness in any event and area in your life. It trains to master energy and open up for love and abundance that is available here, any moment.

Fit for all that want to live healthily and bring more balance, love, confidence, and fulfillment to their life. Recommended for yoga and meditation participants that want to bring the quality of it to their daily living.
