Happiness is a choice one makes every day, not something to aspire to. Returning back to your roots is a type of yoga that grounds you in your true nature, where all your chakras become aligned. This leads to holistic health which is the foundation of all living beings. Everything in this universe is in perfect balance.
The only exception is humankind, which in its pursuit of desires outside of the body and soul creates a disbalance with the universe around. Morning yoga by the sea while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and enjoying the scent of the pine forest allows you to tune in to your microcosm and align with the macrocosm.
Being in nature, walking barefoot, meditating on each step you take in the labyrinth of the pine forest, practicing yoga on the water, balancing on a board while you feel the water beneath you rocking you gently, the sunshine warming you skin, the cool breeze gently giving you back a breath of fresh air.
All these beautiful elements remind you of the joy of living and awaken in you the knowledge that happiness is truly within each and every one of you, a choice that one consciously makes every day. This alignment you generate with nature creates peace of mind which lasts for a while after you leave it, remind you of the simplicity of and beauty of life throughout the whole year.
The schedule is flexible and participation is not mandatory. Please keep in mind that the schedule may vary due to weather conditions.
