She know that her dharma, or life's duty, is to share yoga and the natural world with people to help create a deepened awareness of our interconnection with Mother Earth.

“When I lived in San Francisco and I would come up here, I would feel all my walls dissipate and my true self come through. I knew this place was where I could heal and let my walls down. There are high vibrations in these mountains, which is why it’s such a magnet to people who come here. Granlibakken is also a magical place and we are so lucky to have been able to practice here. It really is the perfect space, among the trees and the mountains, tucked away from everything.”
