Pre-training Requirements

The sessions will be held over Zoom. Participants should ensure that they have a zoom account.

Certifications

A certificate of completion will be given to the students who will complete the training. The certificate of completion makes you eligible to teach if you are already a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®).

How the training works

The workshop consists of 6 hours in total spread across 3 days. You will have a mix of practice, teaching methods, and theory. All sessions will be held live via Zoom.

There will be one live session every day for 3 days. Each session will be for 2 hours. Please find below the schedule for different time zones.

What is Pranayama

Prana is the vital energy needed by our physical and subtle layers, without which the body would perish. It is the prana or life force in us that nourishes the mind and keeps the body alive. Prana refers to the universal life force and Yama means to regulate or lengthen. Pranayama means working in the dimension of prana.

This teacher training is held ONLINE via zoom. Hatha Heal is located in India but the online sessions will be at different times to suit timezones of all Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Hatha Heal will live-stream the sessions via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your own home by just using your phone or computer.
