Testimonials

"When I first came here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But now that I've become a member, I could never go back to my old gym! Hertford Yoga Shala is the gym to work out in if you're interested in just that - working out. The trainers are friendly and highly knowledgeable, and I was impressed when they didn't immediately bombard me with the usual sales pitch. The music is low key, the decor is nice and functional and the people who come here just want to get a workout, that's what it is all about. I wholeheartedly recommend Hertford Yoga Shala!"

"I like the fact that people of all ages come to Hertford Yoga Shala for their workouts. I'm in my mid-forties, and sometimes people would give me weird looks in other gyms, or I'd just feel a little out of place when everyone else was half my age. Besides, I found all the TVs and bright lights and loud music too distracting. But at Hertford Yoga Shala, people don't check you out, or try to look cool, or any of that. People come here to work out and have a good time. The atmosphere is great, the facilities are modern and clean, and the folks at Hertford Yoga Shala are friendly and helpful across the board. Thanks for all you've done, and keep up the good work!"
