This retreat includes Holman Health favorite practices for fun, healing, and awakening. Experience breath-connected yoga, beautiful nature, hikes, sunshine, spiritual community, healing workshops, oneness blessings and kirtan. Accommodation

You will be staying in Peaceful Mountain. Peaceful mountain is a beautiful lodge near Mount Baker that has everything you need: yoga space with hardwood floors, meditation spaces, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, full kitchen from which together with the group you will serve two to three organic meals daily, and access to nature and hiking trails. All rooms will be shared with 3 - 4 persons. Tent option is also available.

Program

This year’s retreat will focus on stretching your comfort zone and acessing vulnerability. This does not mean you will be doing anything risky or wild. You will simply explore this idea of living a bit larger, moving out of your small boxes, finding your true life and not letting fear run your live.

Besides twice-daily yoga, you will do some hiking in beautiful, bug-free mountains and forests. You will do some breath and meditation playshops, as well as kirtan, call and response chant-song, to help you connect on all levels.

Instructors

Roy Holman
(Viniyoga)
Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Hatha Yoga)
Roy is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher in the Viniyoga tradition. He teaches a safe, gentle, body-friendly, grounded, breath-connected, meditative, flowing, and traditional Hatha yoga. He also teaches breath-work (pranayama) and meditation and incorporates the aspects of emotional healing and balancing. For Roy, meditation is a mindfulness style, with focus on breath awareness, heart opening, body senses, emotional clearing, and connection on all levels.
Liz Gross
Liz Gross is a certified energy therapist, a vibrational medicine practitioner, and a biopulsar reflexograph analyst. She is a graduate of EarthWalk Institute of Healing Arts in Bellevue, Washington. Liz is a gifted sound and vibration healer and teaches with Roy on retreats. Liz teaches yoga, meditation, oneness, and often does some of the cooking on the retreats. She feels very passionate about vibrational medicine and loves working with others in that way.
