"Needed a kick-start, I got one!"

The combination of the great exercise sessions, talks and amazing food got me to leave feeling revitalised and motivated to make changes in my everyday life.

The coach, Sarah, was really engaging and motivating. She was really practical with all the advice, giving you ideas of lifestyle changes that you knew you could do. All the people that attended were awesome too, we were all there for the same reason and had some amazing discussions about the subjects we were taught.

It is a week later and I am still feeling energised and motivated.
