Experience a unique stay on a working eco-ranch, deep in the forest of Xico, Mexico. Breathe in fresh mountain air and bask in crystal clear rivers. This natural surrounding provides the ideal space for solitude. The property features an authentic Mexican temazcal, a type of sweat lodge which originated with pre-Hispanic Indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica. It also features stables with horses and other furry or feathered natives.

Dive deep into yoga meditation, ayurvedic cooking, and plant medicines to explore deeper aspects of your true self and nature.

In the end, you will take home the tools necessary to continue training your mind and other aspects of your being.


You will take an assessment of yourself to determine your prominent dosha and specific constitution. You will taste and discover the different uses and benefits for herbs in tea. You may keep a journal of how you feel each day according to what you ate and take time to practice self-love, whatever that looks like for you. Recipes will be shared and you will have a better understanding of what you need to feel your best.

Yoga meditation

You will grasp a basic understanding of fundamental concepts and techniques that allow you to journey inward. Each day, you will explore a pillar of yoga meditation and practice. As you learn to observe, accept, understand, and unravel the mind, plant medicine aids you in releasing blockages and acts as a gate to the center of consciousness.

Plant medicine

Ancient and indigenous cultures around the world have documented and passed down ceremonies using plants since the beginning of time. Plant medicine is used for healing and communicating with nature. Through these practices, you will learn how to tap into the sacred medicine, spirit, essence, and guidance of the plants.

Enjoy the excursion to cascada de Texolo. Cascada de Texolo is a gargantuan waterfall which is privately protected and is home to many natural rivers, birds, and wildlife. You will see wildlife and untouched rivers flowing with trout. You will also explore the forest. The cabin is located deep in the forest just outside of Xico, a pueblo mágico in Mexico.

    Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga)

    Krystal teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin and Yang styles of yoga. She received her training with Fred Busch Power Yoga in 2013 and studies Ayurvedic medicine through the works of Dr. Vasant Lad and Swami Sada Shiva Tirtha. She applies the wisdom of Ayurveda to food, medicinal teas, and plant medicine. She is full of love and nurturing vibes, creating a safe space for bodywork and healing.

    Israel studied Mysore style Ashtanga yoga under Matt Champoux in San Francisco and studies yoga science under Swami Jnaneshvara, a master of the Himalayan meditation tradition. He delights in the philosophies of Buddhism, Taoism, and the yogi way. He is a mover of subtle energy and facilitator in the process of reaching the center of consciousness.

This retreat will take place at a cabin in Xico, Mexico. The name of “Xico” means “place in the naval” in Mayan. This "pueblo mágico" or magical town, is located in the central part of the state of Veracruz and is home to the Cascada de Texolo, a famous waterfall that's been featured in many films. Xico is described as a tropical forest with lush greenery, fresh spring waters, and nature all around.

During this retreat, you will be provided with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brunch on day four is included. Fruits, nuts, and herbal tea are also available.
