Come and join a transformational week of yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation! The yoga and meditation retreat will take place in this beautiful organic farm, cradled between the medieval hilltop towns of Montelaterone and Monticello Amiata. In this retreat, there will be 2 hour yoga sessions every morning and a 90 minute guided meditation, pranayama (yogic breathing) and relaxation session every evening, except on arrival and departure days.
The rooms are rustic and full of boutique style character. Each room will have an en suite bathroom. The rooms are away from the yoga studio, so it is quiet and peaceful. The venue has Wi-fi access.
There will be morning yoga classes and evening guided mindfulness meditation, pranayama ( ancient yogic breathing techniques ) and relaxation sessions ( yoga nidra ) except on travel & excursion days. The food served will be delicious vegetarian, which is organically farmed and made from fresh local produce. You also have the option to venture out on additional excursions such as wine tasting, visiting thermal baths, medieval towns, sculpture garden or taking long walks in the lovely countryside. One on one coaching or yoga therapy at an additional cost is also offered. Alternatively, you can make your holiday as blissful as you like and relax by the swimming pool. On Wednesday, you’ll have a free day to go on excursions.
Ladan is a yoga and meditation practitioner who facilitates her own classes, workshops, and retreats. She trained with Sivananda yoga in the Himalayas and Mysore style Ashtanga in San Francisco with Greenpath Yoga. Ladan’s classes have all been aired on various Sky fitness channels, she writes a blog on Huffington Post, and is a published author of Fabulous Fitness at 40 and has two DVDs. She loves teaching yoga as it has allowed her to become aligned with her true sense of purpose in life. She lives by the Eastern philosophy that yoga is about self-realization.
The retreat will take place in this beautiful organic farm, cradled between the medieval hilltop towns of Montelaterone and Monticello Amiata. Surrounded by woodlands, vineyards, olive groves and mountain streams, it is a private haven ideally suited for creative exploration and connection with nature. The farm boasts spectacular views and untouched landscapes which imparts a real sense of freedom.

The most convenient local airports are Florence (Gatwick with air Italy), Pisa, Rome, and Perugia (Stanstead with Rynair).
Arrive at trains stations in Civitella Paganico, Chiusi / Chianciano or Grosseto. If you come to Grosseto, you can also take a bus to the next village from the venue. Transportation from these stations can be organized to the venue on request.

It is highly recommended that you have your own vehicle, especially as there are so many stunning places to visit in Tuscany. There will be plenty of time to explore in between the yoga sessions. Rental cars are best picked up either at the airport or in the bigger cities. The venue has free parking.
