Recharge your batteries by enjoying your stay through your very own glamping tent and be with nature. You'll have your own space and privacy with a bed, clothes rack, fan, and power plugs. You will have access to public bathrooms and showers, gym, jacuzzi, steam room, pool, and reading room. There are a common dining room and plenty of outdoor seats for you to enjoy your meal or cup of tea.

If you are not into glamping, you can also choose to stay in a private room with a private room. The room comes with a heater, fan, clothes hanger, toilet, shower and sink, and 2 single beds or 1 double bed for 1 person.

This is a results-orientated retreat involving trauma recovery activities and rejuvenating classes to reclaim back your inner power, truth, and strength so you can move forward with trust. Don't expect this to be a holiday or a super chilled retreat. This is about self-discovery.

Here are a few answers to the most common questions:

  • "I tried clinical therapy and dabbled in other things. Would trauma recovery work for me?"

Trauma recovery is for you if you've tried clinical therapy and haven't experienced much success from it. You're someone who's driven and ambitious and willing to be vulnerable to engage with your emotions.

This form of healing is quite intense and isn't a walk in the park which is why for those who are open to it and willing to do whatever it takes to get to the other side, you'll experience massive results in a short period of time.

It's for you if you're suffering from a relationship, emotional, childhood, or sexual abuse, dysfunctional family dynamics, high anxiety levels, and/or low self-esteem and you find yourself constantly stuck in the past or racing to the future.

  • Who is this not for?

This isn't for you if you're on prescriptive medication and suffer from severe neurological mental health conditions such as Autism, Asperger, OCD, Psychosis, Down Syndrome, Bi-Polar, etc. Please seek clinical therapy and support groups. Also, this isn't the right fit for you if you're someone who's looking for a quick fix to all of your problems, narrow-minded, skeptical, and you haven't tried clinical therapy or self-development.

  • How is Jessica different from psychologists, counselors, coaches, and healers?

Jessica knows what it's like to be in your shoes, a broken soul who suffered from the impacts of domestic violence, dysfunctional family dynamics, sexual abuse, bullying, anger issues, high on anxiety, and toxic relationships. What sets her apart is that she knows what it takes to get to the other side. She has no interest in fluffing around and will get straight into healing the root cause of your current situation.

Jessica teaches you how to be your own coach and healer so you avoid being co-dependent on clinical therapy. She has personally spent over 80,000 AUD and eight years trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. This doesn't have to be this way for you too.

The key to trauma recovery is you must engage in multiple healing modalities that are designed to release stagnant energy out of the body and your nervous system. This is where you receive life-altering experiences for lifetime lasting results.

  • How do you ensure that you deliver results?

Success is experienced through the relationship between the client and the coach and the safety of the group. Jessica must create a safe space within the group in order for you to feel safe to open up and share what you wish to let go of in order to release trauma out of your body, energy field, psychologically, and emotionally.

Once trust is established, you become more willing and open to dive deep into purging out the emotional pain that has held you back from living in the present moment and make peace with your past. Jessica has been successful in engaging clients to feel safe in order for them to gain life-altering breakthroughs e.g. she had a female client who was caught up in her breakup and the impacts of relationship abuse, in one day, Jessica snapped her out of the past and move into the here and now by helping her purging out her hatred, anger, and grief towards her ex. In that moment onwards, she showed up as a woman, not the little wounded girl.

Jessica also had a male client who was depressed and anxious, he suffered from mental health issues and struggled to trust people because of the emotional and physical abuse he endured from his father. Jessica helped him free up the humiliation, masochism, and betrayal he held and in the next minute, he saw himself shifting away from being a monster to a man. He was the happiest person at the retreat!

  • What would Jessica do if you're uncomfortable with a process or activity?

Great question! It depends on your personality, level of trauma, and trust she has built with you. Jessica can either modify her processes and activities or encourage you to push through because resistance is the path to freedom. As soon you come out of it the other side, you feel like a brand new person glowing with unconditional love, light, openness, expansion, and inner peace. That's exactly how you should feel, this is your true natural state of being.

  • What type of support do you provide after the retreat?

This package includes two private trauma recovery sessions by Zoom valued at 2000 AUD. One session must be booked prior to the retreat and one session must be booked one week after the retreat. This will give you enough time to process and integrate before asking questions in the session. Jessica will share how you can support yourself after the retreat and if you feel you need further guidance and healing work by taking it to the next level with her, Jessica will be sharing both options on Day 3.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, all meals are vegetarian and vegan. Please send Life In Confidence an inquiry at least three days prior to the retreat dates so Jessica can pass this information to the healing center so they can prepare this in advance. Meat and dairy products are not provided on-site. If you're still feeling hungry, you're welcome to ask for seconds (which is what Jessica does).

Arrival by train

Catch a train to Rouse Hill train station then grab an Uber directly to the healing center which is 20 minutes from Rouse Hill station and costs about 35 AUD. To get back to Rouse Hill station, you'll need to book a taxi or ask one of the participants to drop you off if they happen to be driving their own car.

Arrival by car

There's free parking available on-site, please make sure you enter through the colorful flags to enter the healing center correctly.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
