How the course works

There is one online session weekly that will happen every Wednesday. You will just need to sign in to Zoom, enjoy the online guided meditation group, ask questions, and learn and experience meditation. Then, you can return the next week for more learning and meditating with Trish, Sipho, and Werner.

The aim of this class is to share tools for stress, anxiety, and to begin the journey towards a calmer and clearer mind. You will learn gentle ways to let go of stress and live in the moment. Meditation is a skill, a way of training our minds to be calmer and clearer. This skill brings a sense of ease to our mind, in our body, and in our life.
