You will stay in Kalani. Kalani offers breezy, outside-in accommodations to suit your preference and budget. The rustic guest spaces offer comfort and tranquility in a tropical setting. If you are seeking simplicity, your needs are met here. Kalani's environment is ideal to unplug from technology and allow nature to recharge your spirit. With a temperate climate year-round and east-west trade winds, Kalani accommodations do not need to be equipped with heating or air-conditioning. Screened-in windows maximize airflow and views, offering you a breath of the planet's freshest air. There are no phones or televisions in the minimalist rooms which are allowing you to declutter your mind and start anew. Kalani's amenities include the clothing-optional 25-meter pool, hot tubs, and sauna.
Maxwell is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, DJ, dancer, and artist. He was first introduced to yoga and eastern practices by his mother when he was 10 years old and has been interested in alternative medicine and the healing arts ever since.
Toby Gant, M.Ed.
Toby is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Holistic Life Coach. Toby discovered the innate ability to listen to Source in 1999. This ignited a passion in him to teach others to tune in for themselves and expand into their full potential. Toby continued down this path by completing his M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development in 2003 at Hardin-Simmons University and later studying Tantric Vinyasa yoga under Tracee Stanley in Topanga, California.

Start your morning with organic grains, Kalani-made granola, and local tropical fruits. Hot food options change daily and may include organic eggs, brown rice, local greens, beans, or miso. Kalani offers organic cereals, dairy, and non-dairy milk, as well as Kalani-made bread with an assortment of toppings. Sip an herbal or caffeinated tea, local Ka'u coffee, or a made-from-scratch infusion.
Visit Kalani for lunch and you will be welcomed with an array of options, which may include soup, a main entree with vegan and vegetarian variety, as well as the full salad bar with Kalani-made dressings. Feel free to delight in housemade beverages or an extra snack from the toaster station.
When dinner arrives, The Lanai really comes to life. Just like the lunch options, you often have your choice of soup, entree, and sides with variety for the vegan and vegetarian eaters. Build a salad at Kalani's bountiful salad bar and enjoy a beverage. Don't forget the dessert, created by Kalani's very own pastry chefs.
