Co-founder of the LoveMore movement, he teaches an engaged, authentic, and thoroughly modern form of Buddhist meditation that is grounded in practice, generosity, and heartfulness. Joseph believes that the yogis need to sit as much as the meditators need to move in order to find a true liberation of the heart and mind.
