Your accommodation will be in a dorm room at the Desert Bird Guesthouse, a beautiful and homey guesthouse run by a loving native Israeli woman, Michal. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the emphasis is on the special and colorful design of the public spaces. There is ample and free parking.

Program

In this amazing landscape, you will be guided in using your breath to build on your understanding of yourself and increase your awareness of your surroundings.

They will gather at 3 p.m. the first day and end by 11 a.m. on the last day.

As mindfulness and meditation are intended to be applied to your daily life, you will use meditation practices for cooking and eating mindfully.
