Five days of mindfulness to unwind and relax on your very own private retreat, staying in Mindfulness Energy’s spacious luxurious studio. Take time to stroll along the cliff tops, listen to the sound of the waves, take a few mindful breaths and just “be”. Feed the soul with delicious nourishing vegetarian food and learn how to enrich your wellbeing through daily mindfulness workshops and outdoor meditations on the beach. Mindfulness energy has created a powerful programme that will enable you to manage your emotions more effectively through mindful thoughts and start cultivating self-kindness and compassion. It will help free you from obsessive thoughts and anxiety to develop greater inner peace and calm.
During this retreat, you will be staying in the spacious luxurious studio, with a view out to the river.
Toadhall is an idyllic location for a retreat - it is quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic and enjoys breath-taking scenery. There are beautiful walks along the clifftops leading to beaches, caves, rock arches, fascinating geological formations, and peaceful tranquil spots for you to take some time for yourself and just “be”.
During this retreat, you will be served daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast includes juices, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, bread, and free-range eggs cooked to order from their own happy chickens. Typical lunch will be homemade soup with some cheese and crusty bread. The evening meal will be a healthy nutritious vegetarian two-course meal. Typical dinner is stuffed peppers with a mixed side salad followed with warm fruit muesli topped crumble. You will also find a selection of refreshments including herbals teas, homemade cakes, and healthy snacks in your studio. Mindfulness Energy will check with you before your arrival for any special dietary requirements.

From Edinburgh Airport (EDI), you can get the tram into Edinburgh Haymarket, where you will be able to catch a train to Stonehaven or Aberdeen, where Mindfulness Energy will arrange a complimentary pick up and drop off for you.
