Mindful Self-Compassion Online Retreat

This nurturing weekend of teaching and practice provides the opportunity to learn the core principles of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), interwoven with plenty of practice, periods of silence, and opportunities for self-care.

The ethos of MSC invites opportunities to dwell in-depth with both the joys and challenges of living this human life - held in a container of respect, care and kindness.

The weekend will comprise a blend of teaching, guided exercises, self-compassion practices, large and small group discussions, and time for individual self-care outside of the sessions.

It is a spacious and gentle exploration of the key themes and practices of MSC, offered in a format that provides a nourishing space to let go of everyday concerns and respond to your own needs with kindness.

You will need a Zoom application and reliable internet connection.

Timing of sessions (GMT)

This weekend runs on 23rd and 24th January 2021, from 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will spend approximately six hours and 30 minutes in session each day from beginning to end. There will be one hour 45 minutes break each day (15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes in the afternoon, and one hour 15 minutes for lunch).

This weekend of teaching and practice is held online. Mindfulness Hampshire is located in Hampshire, UK (GMT) and they will live-stream the live sessions via Zoom so you can participate from the comfort of your home.
