Chayanuch is a co-founder at Naturbliss, she has been a mindfulness practitioner since 1996. Her mindfulness practice styles include long silent retreats, moving, awareness, MBSR, Metta, Vipassana, walking, and dynamic meditation under the guidance of Asian masters and several mindfulness retreat associations. She has been leading mindfulness retreats with local communities under Thainox Stainless Plc's project for 5 years as a public relations executive. She also learned Thai Cuisine with her mother since 1982 and learned classical Thai dance meditation since the age of 10.
