Degree in Exercise and Health MBSR (TDI) I see Mindfulness as being the base of preventive Mind & Body Healthcare. I began to developed my mindfulness teaching practice in 2014, facilitating 1:1 intensive mindfulness stress reduction programs in hotels. My mission is to serve as a Coach in the first steps of a transition into a happier, healthier and more meaningful life. In my programs I teach mindfulness practices in a coherent, structured and personalized way, creating at the end of the program a map which enables & empowers people to integrate the practices into everyday life.

"Mindfulness in Algarve"
I recently had a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) retreat with Renata. The location was fantastic. You could feel the love that went into all the small details of the Bed and Breakfast. The food was lovely and I could really connect with both Joana and Renata. The workshop was very inspiring for me and has touched on many aspects of my life which needed more attention. I find Renata's interpretation of the MBSR, was exactly the right mix for me with more practical and concrete context-based guidelines and methodic rather than too many esoteric abstractions. I will most certainly go back there and hope to visit both of you very soon.

"5 days of mindfulness & meditation "
After a year of feeling disconnected from myself; these 5 days was a perfect reminder of my knowledge about mindfulness and lessons & guidance with meditation and theory behind both of these things.
Perfect kick start bringing meditation into my life and mindfulness back.
Learnt a variety of meditation techniques, yin yoga and mindfulness techniques. A very well balanced course with the ability to take back what you’ve learnt to normal life and fit it around a normal work schedule.

"Peaceful"
I liked the mindfulness course a lot. It gave me good theoretical background about mindfulness in general and about stress in particular. Practising meditation was really good as well, it complemented very well the theory. Renata is very passionate about what she does and that can be seen in the energy she puts into her work. She pays attention to every little detail and prepares very well upfront to deliver the best experience to the customer. I really enjoyed my time there. The place is in the countryside and is very quiet. It’s very well looked after. The food was great. Fresh and delicious. The beach was 15 min drive and it’s a really nice beach. The weather was good as well. Sunny and warm in the afternoons, but cooler in the mornings and evenings. All in all it was a great experience and I’m really happy I did it. I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to manage stress better and live a more mindful life.

"excellent retreat, what a location "
the course, content was well laid out, well presented and in the most perfect setting.
Everything about the course exceeded expectations and I would recommend highly.
I came into this with little experience in meditation and learnt a huge amount and felt the quiet backdrop in amongst nature and a subtle luxury was super. This was somewhat of a 'game changing' retreat as I would say.
For context I am a London based city trader.
