The Mindfulness-Based (MBSR) program consists of a protocolized psycho-educational intervention, offering useful tools to manage emotional and physical stress, as well as consciously plan your future. Developed in the late 70's by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn, the present program has been evidenced in recent years with a reference in body-mind medicine, belonging to the group of cognitive-behavioral therapies of the third generation.
This is a 20-hour mindfulness coaching course. You will have a total of 8 live sessions of 2 hours in which the session will only be held once a week. You will receive a manual of the program in pdf, a weekly practice plan, and guided meditations audios to help you through the course.
The day and time of the sessions will be set according to your availability and can be held on weekday or weekend.
You begin this journey by directing attention and observing what is happening here and now.
You will have the opportunity to investigate how your beliefs, ideas, and judgments about reality influence your choices and behavior.
You focus on emotions in particular. By analyzing and perceiving what each tells you, you will learn to make better decisions and to circumvent impulsive behaviors.
You will address the issue of stress, how it manifests itself at the level of body and mind, and its long-term effects.
You will address strategies based on mindfulness that allows you to more effectively manage challenging situations both at work and at the personal level.
Learn the benefits of communicating mindful and transforming your personal and professional relationships into rewarding and learning moments.
Realize how you can achieve goals by learning to manage time in a conscious and organized way.
With the last session, you will outline a plan to integrate practical mindfulness into your daily life so that you can transform your future and achieve your goals.

I began to developed my mindfulness teaching practice in 2014, facilitating 1:1 intensive mindfulness stress reduction programs in hotels. My mission is to serve as a Coach in the first steps of a transition into a happier, healthier and more meaningful life. In my programs I teach mindfulness practices in a coherent, structured and personalized way, creating at the end of the program a map which enables & empowers people to integrate the practices into everyday life.
This MBSR coaching course is held online. Molinum ad Mare is based in Boliqueime, Portugal (GMT-1) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer. All times are GMT and WEST - Western European Summer Time (GMT +1) for session/s after March 28th, 2021.
