How the course works

This is a 20-hour mindfulness coaching course. You will have a total of 8 live sessions of 2 hours in which the session will only be held once a week. You will receive a manual of the program in pdf, a weekly practice plan, and guided meditations audios to help you through the course.

Timing of sessions (GMT+1 / GMT)

The day and time of the sessions will be set according to your availability and can be held on weekday or weekend.

Course information

Session one: Awakening of awareness

You begin this journey by directing attention and observing what is happening here and now.

Session two: How you see reality

You will have the opportunity to investigate how your beliefs, ideas, and judgments about reality influence your choices and behavior.

Session three: Emotions

You focus on emotions in particular. By analyzing and perceiving what each tells you, you will learn to make better decisions and to circumvent impulsive behaviors.

Session four: Stress

You will address the issue of stress, how it manifests itself at the level of body and mind, and its long-term effects.

Session five: Response to stress

You will address strategies based on mindfulness that allows you to more effectively manage challenging situations both at work and at the personal level.

Session six: Mindful communication

Learn the benefits of communicating mindful and transforming your personal and professional relationships into rewarding and learning moments.

Session seven: Place time to your favor

Realize how you can achieve goals by learning to manage time in a conscious and organized way.

Session eight: Integrating mindfulness

With the last session, you will outline a plan to integrate practical mindfulness into your daily life so that you can transform your future and achieve your goals.

This MBSR coaching course is held online. Molinum ad Mare is based in Boliqueime, Portugal (GMT-1) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
