Pre-application requirements

English proficiency is needed since the instructions will be delivered in English. However, basic English is fine because it is all about openness to receive knowledge through the heart.

Certifications

Those who complete the 2 weeks of teacher training are eligible to get Mukta Community Meditation Teacher Training Certificate.

How the training works

The training will be done via Zoom. You will have the access to all live streaming during the 12 days of training. However, please note that the online events are only accessible in live streaming, you can't rewatch or replay the live sessions at a later time.

There will also be a Welcome Ceremony on the first day of the training and you will be provided with practical notes throughout the training.

During the live sessions, you can ask questions as well. However, Mukta will only take written questions before his Talk/Satsang and may read it (anonymously) or discuss the topic directly during the session. Please make sure your question is honest, simple, and related to your daily life.

In this training, you will experience various meditation techniques based on Eastern wisdom, such as Kundalini, Chakras, Om, Third-Eye, Heart, Mantra, Tantric, Science of breathing, Mindfulness and psychology of eastern mysticism; philosophy, self-inquiry, and talks/Satsang, to open up the body, mind, and senses to let go, transform, align spiritually, and see life and its mysteries with a new perspective.

You will learn about your type and how to choose the meditation technique that works best for you, and get tools to become a teacher. Understanding your type and genetic code will help to live more efficiently and effectively in the modern world.

As you learn to teach, you crystallize this wisdom into daily life to live in more ease and harmony with yourself and the others. When you feel love within, true love can flow.

Whether you are taking this course to enrich your own practice or to share the benefits of meditation with others, the training is designed to guide you on the journey to feel at home with yourself.

All events are run on a donation basis, which means that teachers share their time and skills voluntarily and each participant has access to the courses at an affordable administration fee. Mukta Community kindly asks you for a voluntary donation according to your heart and financial capacity. You are welcome to make a donation any time before, during, or at the end of the training.

Location

This meditation teacher training is held online. Mukta Community is located in Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, Normandy, France, and they will live-stream yoga classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home. You will need to prepare for a stable internet connection, a reliable electronic device(s), a yoga mat/block/chair/couch, and some water/tea.
