During this retreat, you will stay at Vaughan Park Retreat and Conference Centre. The center is the ideal venue for a business meeting, group gathering, retreat or special event. There are 18 single and 10 twin-shared rooms. The rooms are in 4 lodges and a separate wing at the Thomas Vaughan Lodge.

Each room is equipped with a desk, comfortable chair, hand basin, wardrobe, and opens out into a courtyard or garden. All lodges have lounges with tea and coffee-making and quality bathroom facilities. The amenities also include Wi-Fi and full cellphone coverage.

The retreat is designed to be a paced and effortless approach to Qigong and has a series of tutored sessions spread throughout the day. In between, you are encouraged to rest or enjoy the beach walks. Transformational processes will begin to occur and you may notice some or all of the following, such as the body begins to feel energized and toned and the mind becomes still and settled.

Furthermore, you can feel physiological systems regulate, perceptual shifts towards life and the environment become evident, the consciousness changes throughout your body and mind, there is physical and emotional clearing, and a deeper connection to higher nature. Besides, deep and permanent shifts can be felt within the Chi system.

In addition, the theme for this retreat is Heaven and Earth. So, you will explore the central channels and Dan Tiens. Each day will include joint opening exercises, movement forms and walks, as well as standing and sitting postures. The emphasis will be on opening energy gates and accessing the Chong Mai (the central channel). Chong Mai is the deepest channel that connects people to heaven and earth and opens up possibilities of natural alignment to the subtle universal forces.
