Cher Aslor

Cher Aslor is a yoga and Pilates teacher and practitioner, business owner, traveler, creative spirit, and a inspiring connector in her community. She is a certified Pilates instructor and also holds a 200-hour certificate in core, a 40-hour certificate by Yoga Sculpt, and a 240-hour training by Forrest Yoga. After attending to the University of Colorado Boulder for a degree in dance and Spanish, Cher danced professionally in the Los Angeles area for 10 years before moving back to her native Colorado.
