Karen's spiritual journey began 20 years ago when she first experienced guided meditation and healing at a local group. She then went on to study various holistic therapies including reflexology, massage, hypnotherapy, and Reiki. After deciding to focus her time on Reiki, Karen became a Reiki Master and it was really at this point she began to develop her meditation practice. She then went on to qualify as a mindfulness meditation teacher and then completed her 200 hour yoga certification.
