'Live like a Buddha’ is a concept of this package. Even one day is enough to awake your inner Buddha nature. By means of healing, meditation, and wisdom of Buddha, you can regain your innocent state of mind which is already filled with love and forgiveness. If you have a very short time during your stay in Nepal, then why not refresh yourself by living a night in the meditative energy field and do meditation and yoga.

Osho Divine zone Kathmandu hopes even a night stay with them can inspire you much to live a happy and peaceful life ahead. The Buddha taught many different types of meditation, each designed to overcome a particular problem or to develop a particular psychological state. But the two most common and useful types of meditation are mindfulness of breathing (anapana sati) and loving-kindness meditation (metta bhavana).
