This retreat is for the lady who wants the chance to get away and reconnect to herself and her desires and be part of an intimate group of like-minded women. Spend a weekend in Indio, California (Palm Springs) and return to your life feeling rested and recharged. There will be workshops and activities mixed in with delicious balanced meals, a little vino (if you so choose), and downtime to relax; lay by the pool or just get to know the other ladies!

During this retreat, you will be staying in a beautiful home with a pool just outside Palm Springs in Indio, California.


Every aspect of this retreat will be optional so that you practice checking in with your body and deciding what feels best in the moment. You often find yourself eating certain foods, pushing through workouts, and living your life based on the hottest trend or newest fad diet and you forget to make choices based on what you really want. What do you really want? What feels good to you? This is your chance to answer those questions!

This three-day weekend event will be hosted by fitness expert, Rachel McClusky, and holistic health and wellness coach, Jess Suchan. Lodging, meals, drinks, snacks, workshops, and all activities are included! Enjoy daily movement, meditation, balanced meals (vegan and vegetarian options), workshops, and chill time in a beautiful home with a pool just outside Palm Springs!

Intention-setting and Journal Reflection on Friday Night

The group will get to know each other and set intentions for the weekend and on Sunday, you'll wrap up with a journal reflection and some key takeaways from the weekend!

Moroccan Style Feast on Saturday Evening

join holistic chef, Olivia Crouppen, and wellness expert, Sarah Cat, for a feast sure to satisfy all senses! Start with a Sarah Cat Moroccan style MOODboard filled with dips, crudites, flatbread, and crackers followed by a delicious main course and variety of specialty sides and dips created by Liv and Sarah!

Liv Hungry Dessert/Cookie Demo

Learn how to create delicious and healthy desserts and enjoy each bite with love from Liv! She'll give you tips for clean cooking, baking swaps for sugar, dairy, and flour and share her magic clean cookie ratio!

A Cathartic Movement Experience with Rachel

Rachel will be debuting her brand new moving meditation/workout combo class and you'll have the chance to be one of the first to experience it!

Stone Painting with Jess

Relax and enjoy an hour of judgment-free creativity. The class will start with a visualization meditation and use a variety of paints and brushes to express yourself in any way that you please! Studies have shown that 10 minutes of art is equal to 20 minutes of meditation so this is a beautiful way for you to focus on the present moment, slow down, and have fun!

Special Guest: Reiki Healer Hae Lee

Hae Lee will lead you in a visualization meditation and provide 1-minute mini reiki sessions while in Shavasana after your workout class. She'll have tarot cards for those who want to explore their spiritual side!

All meals, drinks, and snacks are included! Balanced meals with vegan and vegetarian options will be served. There will be a Moroccan-style feast on Saturday evening and a Liv Hungry dessert/cookie demo.

Arrival by airplane

Please arrange your flight to arrive at Ontario International Airport (ONT). Rachel Recharged will be arranging carpool options for anyone commuting from LA or this airport so stay tuned for more details.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
