The beginner meditation course is well-scheduled for beginner level students who have not done so much before or doing just basic practices. You will learn 30+ Indian ancient meditation techniques such as Vipassana meditation, silent meditation, Om meditation (Nadabrahma), mindfulness, transcendental (TM), Japa Vedic, observation of energy on Kundalini and Chakras, visualization, energy locks, and other techniques in a very simple way.

Indian, Himalayas is the place where many popular monks, saints, sadhus, and ancient great masters practiced meditation for being mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable in every situation. Meditation not only gives positive results but also reduces stress, anxiety, anger, depression, body pain, headache, heart attack, stroke, memory loss, addictions, insomnia, cardiovascular health problems, immune system problems, chronic pain, and many other dangerous diseases.

In the beginner meditation course, you will learn how to stay calm, improve focus level, awareness, sense of well-being, sense of connectedness and empathy, relationships, creativeness, ability to make decisions, imagination, relaxation, inner peace, concentration, mood, carefulness, kindness, attention, mental strength, resilience, and emotional intelligence, and much more which you really need in your daily life.
