Vipassana is the way of seeing things in reality as they really are. Just in reality, no more or less. Vipassana is an ancient meditation technique practiced and taught by Eastern meditation Master Gautam Buddha in India, Nepal, and Tibet (China). Vipassana is not just the learning, it's a complete execution. You cannot get results just by learning the technique. You have to be the executor. You have to be a manager and administrator of your body, mind, and apply Dhamma in your life. Gautam Buddha taught very well and with a clear vision and transparency that you should apply in your life now.

Real Happiness Meditation School offers 10 days Vipassana training for beginners and intermediate level students who want to take a break from noisy and busy life. The course is pre-planned and cannot be customized if you want the best level of results. The location is Rishikesh (World Capital of Yoga) and the accommodation is 3/4 soundproof and there will be no unnecessary sound but only natural sounds such as the chirping of the beautiful birds.
The Vipassana course is divided into four segments which are Kayanupassana, Vedananupassana, Cittanupassana, and Dhammanupassana. In the first segment, for two days, you will work on the body by observing its actions and try to learn how to control them and lead them in the right direction. In the second segment, you will work on feelings, observe them, and react accordingly. In the third segment, you will work on the mind, observe it, and try to control and learn how to control it. In the fourth segment, you will work on Dhamma and try to uplift the life of human beings.
The four segments are divided into two days per day and one day will be fully off and one day will be complete silence (Mauna). The phone, laptop, tablet, or other communication-related will be separated from the meditation participant. Vipassana practice will be a life change opportunity for you and it will not only fulfill your past but also give you a better vision for your future.
Real Happiness will teach the Kayanupassana which is basically observing the body and its parts and learn how to give them energy in the right way. The body is your medium cause of the happenings around.
In this section, you will work on feelings, observe them, and prune the best out of them. The feelings can either make you happy or unhappy, so it is important to work on this.
In this section, you will observe the Chitta (a part of the mind) and work on it. Going beyond the Chitta and control it is the main object of Cittanupassana.
In this section, you will simply practice Dhamma, and uplift the life quality and enhance the productivity of Good Karma. Dhamma is a total practice and self-realization.
The 10 hours practice of active level and passive level meditation schedule is enough to enhance the knowledge of yoga and meditation. The well-designed schedule starts the day with Shatkarma, yoga asana, pranayama (breathing), meditation theory and practical class, meditation philosophy, mantra chanting, Satsang-Kirtan, and much more.
The ability you will need for the course is great interest, listening, and understanding carefully, no argument attitude, no ego, just accepting the nature creations and flowing with life easily.
Sanjay Raturi was born near the source of the holy river Ganga in a Brahmin family. Since his childhood years, he has practiced the Vedic Mantras and Meditation. Sanjay’s village is the Brahmin Family Village located in the Himalayas. Till this day, the people of his village are still doing Vedic pooja for their daily karma. Sanjay is an experienced meditation teacher and he teaches mindfulness meditation, Vedic meditation, mantra chanting, Om and silent meditation, Vipassana, and Kundalini meditation. Sanjay has done many workshops worldwide and did Sadhana workshops in the Himalayas.
Himanshu Jagwan was born and brought up in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand India. He has seen the spiritualism in Rishikesh and this changed his life at an earlier age when he decided to keep yoga as a profession. He is a yoga practitioner of Asanas, Pranayama (Breathing Control), and Shatkarma. He is following the Hatha and Ashtanga Style of Yoga since Childhood. Himanshu is a humble, professional, and wonderful trainer of Yoga who is also working on Body Detoxification of Ayurveda as he worked for an Ayurvedic Medical company and gained knowledge.
Yogi Harmindra is an experienced Yoga Anatomy and Physiology trainer who has been teaching in Rishikesh for many years. He has studied from Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar which is known as one of the famous universities in India. He is brought up in Rishikesh and practicing Yoga since his childhood. For Harmindra, the body is an important instrument to achieve a higher level of awareness and peace. To control the mind, one should give the right direction of body energy first. If we are able to harmonize the body and mind, we can reach a good level of spirituality.
During this course, you will be served daily sattvic meals.
