Yoga, breathwork, and meditation retreat will heal your body, mind, and soul. And it is based on yogic panchakosa system or the five layers of consciousness, your hosts promise to bring you back to your natural health, vitality, balance, and joy and heal those wounds due to past trauma and stressful modern-living, which are the cause of many psychosomatic illnesses. This will be done through an intense process of deep cleansing on the inside (energetic, mental, and emotional bodies) and outside (physical body) which in turn, awakens the body’s own healing ability leading to an experience of Ananta (infinite), the original state of being.

The retreat offers a full program of activities that run for this Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Retreat, Goa - India, starting at 7.00 am and finishing between 8.30 pm or 9 pm (depending upon the activity). It is compulsory to attend all the activities.

The activities on each day of the week vary, depending on the day, however, there is something in each slot for you to choose to participate in. There are two classes of yoga each day – one in the morning and one in the before lunch. The start time varies. You will be given a 3-day program of activities when you arrive at the retreat.
