You will have the chance to closely observe the behavior of Retreat Bela Natureza's adorable family of dogs and enjoy playful moments with them.

You are also invited to relax, unwind and let go, entering into contact with the nature around you and your own self and feeling the profound unity between humans and nature. You will dedicate time to activities that help develop these senses: mindfulness and meditation around the four basic elements, earth, water, fire, and air - always in the presence of the resident dogs.

In this package, you will also take part in free creative experimentation and the infinite rewards that come from letting your hands work on what your soul is asking for: to be the artist that you are, without restriction. Meditation with dogs

Meditation with dogs and the company of Retreat Bela Natureza's friendly and loving dogs, whom you can observe in their natural environment, pet and play with will open up your heart and your smile!

Twice a week, Evelyn leads a "good morning meditation" at which the dogs are present. After the meditation, you have the opportunity to interact with them for an hour and delight in the affection given and received. These are precious and unforgettable moments!

Retreat Bela Natureza's family of 15 dogs, which have been trained for this purpose during years, is central to the group meditation sessions. Such a large of group of dogs, all completely at ease with one another, is fundamental for the group meditation sessions. Having 15 of them means that there may be enough doggies to accompany each person during the meditation sessions; however, this cannot be guaranteed because dogs are also sensitive to people's auras and may choose when to interact with specific humans at specific moments.

Harmonization with crystal bowls

When one joins the vibration of the crystal bowls, one is attempting to deeply reach the meridians that exist in their physical body, those that have to do with the internal organs and the energetic ones. In addition, the sound produced by the crystal bowls deeply influences the brain’s hemispheres.

Thus, the union between the vibration caused by the sound of the crystal bowls and movement creates a favorable state for meditation, which in turn assists with awareness and the absorption of the experiences that arise during the process.

Visit to the charming seaside town of Arembepe

Arembepe is a small village, located about a 40-minute walk from the retreat, a 10-minute car drive, and there is also the option to rent a bike in the nearby bike store. It is a small beach town that boasts beautiful restaurants, smaller food stands, hidden bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, cash machine, tourist shops, a local church, and a stunning beach front.

There is the option to sit and swim on the main beach, which is surrounded by beautiful reefs. The waves crash against these reefs, which protect the swimmers and create tranquil natural pools. Or, there is the option to walk further to the left or right of the beach for more waves and fewer people.

Tour to the famous historical beach of Praia do Forte

This much larger beach is about 45 minutes by bus from the highway outside of the condominium, or about 35 minutes by car. There are plenty of shops that sell beachwear, water sports equipment, and gifts. There is also a large array of restaurants from small food stands to more lavish restaurants. This area is known for its beautiful beaches, travel resorts, and luxury homes. The community fishermen still live there which makes an interesting mix between tourism and authentic living. Take a walk down the beach for a less crowded vibe and smaller food stalls.

Visit to the “Tamar” sea turtle project in Arembepe

Guests who like fish or meat, from time to time, can visit some excellent restaurants in Arembepe or other seaside villages in the surrounding area.

There is not a lot of nightlife around the venue, so it is very enjoyable to spend a quiet night there, looking at the stars, practicing yoga, or whatever you please.
