Online Meditation Retreat

Would you like to use your lockdown time effectively, by learning a simple and effective meditation technique?   • Q&A before and after the meditation practice
  • Each session led personally by Dawn Bradley who has 15 years experience teaching meditation and 22 years practicing it

Tools required and what you need

  • A quiet place to meditate undisturbed
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A comfortable place to sit, with your back and head fully supported
  • A blanket (optional)
  • Access to the internet and Zoom (this is simply a matter of clicking on a link that Rota Retreats will send you in an email)

How the retreat/course works

Learn an effective daily meditation practice. From the comfort of your own home, you will experience a 45-minute live session for 3 consecutive days. At the end of the 20-minute meditation practice, you will be able to ask questions.

  • There are 4-time slots available, and these are booked on a first-come basis as each course is private, and for one person only.

This yoga and meditation retreat is held online. Rota Retreats is based in Rota, Spain (CEST, GMT+2) and they hold these meditation lessons via Zoom, which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
